Refunds
Print (Paperback/Hardback, print-on-demand): If your book arrives damaged/defective, contact us within 14 days with photos and your order number and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Change-of-mind returns may not be available for print-on-demand items.
Digital edition: Due to immediate access/delivery, change-of-mind refunds are not generally available once the download link has been accessed, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
